🐾 Do I need to provide food and litter for my pets?
Yes, pet owners must provide all necessary food and litter for their pets during our visits.
🐾 Do my cats need to stay indoors?
For peace of mind and safety, we recommend that all cats are to be kept indoors while under our care. This ensures their well-being and avoids any risks while you’re away...but we're happy to make arrangements that suit you and your fur-family.
🐾 Which areas do you cover?
We currently provide pet sitting in:
Market Drayton, Mucklestone, Loggerheads, Ashley, Norton in Hales, Pipe Gate, Woore, Irelands Cross, Knighton, Baldwin's Gate, Hill Chorlton and Croxton.

🐾 What types of pets can you care for?
We specialise in Cat care, but are also experienced with other small animals such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, small Rodents, Reptiles (including Tortoises and Lizards) and Fish. If your pet isn't listed do contact us as we are happy to help.
🐾 What if my pet causes damage or breakages in my home?
While we take the utmost care during visits, we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages or damage caused by pets in the home.
🐾 Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the start date.
🐾 Can I change my dates or get a refund if I return home early?
Unfortunately, once dates are booked, they cannot be moved or refunded if you return home earlier than expected.
🐾 Are you available all year?
Yes! We are willing to take advance bookings for all dates, We do have a maximum capacity so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

🐾 Can you look after my dog?
We currently specialise in looking after Cats and small animals such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters Reptiles and Fish. We do not currently offer services for Dogs, but we hope to introduce this service in the future.
🐾 My pet eats multiple times each day, how do you manage this?
We can arrange multiple visits on a single day or can supplement a single visit with an automatic timed feeder to allow additional meals to served at the required times.
