Yes, pet owners must provide all necessary food and litter for their pets during our visits.
🐾 Do my cats need to stay indoors?
For peace of mind and safety, we require all cats to be kept indoors while under our care. This ensures their well-being and avoids any risks while you’re away.
🐾 Which areas do you cover?
We currently provide pet sitting in:
Market Drayton, Mucklestone, Loggerheads, Ashley, Norton in Hales, Pipe Gate, Woore, Irelands Cross, and Knighton.
Not listed? Get in touch! We may be able to cover your area for an additional fee.
🐾 What if my pet causes damage or breakages in my home?
While we take the utmost care during visits, we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages or damage caused by pets in the home.
🐾 Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the start date.
🐾 Can I change my dates or get a refund if I return home early?
Unfortunately, once dates are booked, they cannot be moved or refunded if you return home earlier than expected.
